Fitness Goals For The Rest Of 2008

  • Reach my initial Traineo Goal of weighing 185.
  • Finish my first half marathon.
  • Continue running as long as I am enjoying it.
  • Maintain an active lifestyle.
  • Continue healthier eating.
  • Find cross-training activities that I enjoy.
  • Reassess goals every 8 weeks.
